To Avoid Casting Shift
- Use the Guide Pins to guide
the Box with 2 Bushes in each side.
- Do not use the guide pins
without proper clamping.
- Check the worn out sizes of
pins and Bushes periodically.
- Do not use bend pins and
worn out pins.
- Control the offset in flat
Bushes and Pins.
- Do not weld the Bushes with
Box.
- Check angle seating of
Guide Pins and Taper Bush before installation.
- Check the twist in
fabricated boxes.
MOULDING FRAME
The Frames are used in Stack Moulding in which the items like Piston Rings
are moulded. The Moulding Frames are Fabricated, Top & Bottom machined to
maitain close flatness and to avoid twist.
