" KNOCKUT 2000 " Feeder Breaker

Application and Operation

The " KNOCKUT 2000 " Feeder Breaker is used to seperate runners and risers of grey iron and spheroidal graphite iron castings. During the forward stroke the inner wedge spread over its frce through outer jaws to remove the risers and runners. If there is no provision to support the outer jaws, the artificial counter supports can be used. The unit " KNOCKUT 2000 " Feeder Breaker includes a hydraulic system, an electrical control panel and wedge cutters with suspension device spring.

Wedge and Jaws are made of high wear resistance special tool steel material. Replacement of wedge and jaws is very quick and easy. The wedges are powered with a pump and a group of several wedges can be provided with a central supply unit.
